CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 122
Secretary may give notice stating that child must be immunised
(1) The Secretary may give the person a notice stating that a child under 7 in
respect of whom the child care rebate is being paid must be * immunised if the
person is to continue to receive child care rebate in respect of sessions of
care for the child.
Note: See section 80 for the consequences of a child not
being * immunised.
(2) The notice must also explain the alternatives to immunisation that may be
available under paragraphs 80(d) to (h).
