CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 129

Amount paid to person includes amount paid on person's behalf to another person For the purposes of this Chapter, an amount of a ^*child care payment is taken to be paid to a person even if the amount is paid, on the person's behalf, to another person (for example, a ^*child care assistance service).
