CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 132
Debts due to the Commonwealth
If an amount has been paid by way of a * child care payment, the amount is a
debt due to the Commonwealth if, and only if, a provision of this Act or the
Data-matching Program (Assistance and Tax) Act 1990 expressly provides that it
is.
Note: For the provisions of this Act that create debts due to the
Commonwealth, see sections 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138, 139 and 140.
