CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 152
Secretary may allow payment of debt by instalments
(1) The Secretary may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, decide to allow a person
to pay a debt in one or more instalments.
(2) A decision made under subsection (1) takes effect:
(a) if no day is
specified in the decision--on the day on which the decision is made; or
(b) if a day is specified in the decision--on the day so specified
(whether that day is before, after or on the day on which the decision
is made).
(3) In subsection (1): debt means a debt recoverable by the Commonwealth
under Part 2.
