CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 197
Application for new child care assistance hours
(1) A person seeking an allocation of new child care assistance hours to a *
child care assistance service must apply to the Secretary.
(2) The application must:
(a) be in the form approved in writing by the
Secretary; and
(b) must include the * information required by the form; and
(c) must include any other information relating to the application that
the Secretary requires; and
(d) must be accompanied by the prescribed application fee (if any).
(3) The regulations may prescribe an application fee, or a method for working
out an application fee.
