CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 237
Offence--untrue representations
A person commits an offence if:
The offence is committed whether or not any protected
information is actually disclosed.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
Note: Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles
of criminal responsibility.
