CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 244
Secretary's certificate
(1) For the purposes of paragraph 243(2)(b), a certificate signed by the
Secretary is evidence of the matters specified in the certificate.
(2) The certificate may specify:
(i) an act; or
(ii) a failure; or
(iii) an omission; and
(c) the act, failure or omission which caused the
amount to be paid to the person.
