CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 262
Parties to SSAT review
(1) The parties to a review by the SSAT of a decision are:
(a) the applicant;
and
(b) the Secretary; and
(c) if the decision was made by the * CEO or an * employee of the * Agency
in the exercise of a delegated power--the CEO; and
(d) any other person who has been made a party to the review under
subsection (4).
(2) If a person has applied under subsection 256(1) for review of a decision,
any other person whose interests are affected by the decision may apply to the
* National Convener to be made a party to the review.
(3) An application under subsection (2) must be in writing.
(4) The * National Convener may order that a person who has applied under
subsection (2) be made a party to the review.
