CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 27
Assets test
(1) Child care assistance is not payable to a person in respect of any time
when the value of the person's assets exceeds $406,000.
(2) The regulations may provide for child care assistance to be payable to
people, despite subsection (1), in situations of hardship.
