CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 270
Parties to review by the AAT
The Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 applies to an application for
review under section 263 as if the reference in paragraph 30(1)(b) of that Act
to the person who made the decision were a reference to each person who was a
party to the review by the SSAT.
Note: Paragraph 30(1)(b) of the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 provides that the person who made the
decision under review is a party to the proceeding before the AAT for review
of the decision.
