CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 30
Non-temporary cessation of qualification criteria
Child care assistance is not payable to a person in respect of any time after
there have ceased (otherwise than temporarily) to be sessions of care in
relation to the person in relation to which the conditions specified in
subsection 20(2) are satisfied.
Note: Cessations due to a child being on
holidays or being ill would generally be only temporary.
