CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 35
Prospective claims--provision of information required by recipient reconciliation notice
(1) Child care assistance is not payable to a person pursuant to a *
prospective claim if:
(a) the person is, by a * recipient reconciliation
notice under section 75, required to provide * information or evidence to the
Department; and
(b) at the end of the period specified in the notice, the person has not
provided the information or evidence.
Note: During the period, child
care assistance may still be payable to the person.
(2) Child care assistance continues not to be payable to the person (even
pursuant to a later claim) until the * information or evidence is provided to
the Department.
