CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 39

Secretary may also treat claim as claim for child care rebate The Secretary may, if the Secretary thinks it is appropriate to do so, treat a proper claim for child care assistance as though it were also a proper claim for child care rebate.
