CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 56
Retrospective claims payment system
Payment of child care assistance pursuant to a * retrospective claim is to be
made by a lump sum payment consisting of the sum of the instalments payable to
the person in respect of the relevant * payment periods (see Division 3).
