CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 70
Secretary may give notice stating that child must be immunised
(1) The Secretary may give the person a notice stating that a child under 7 in
respect of whom the child care assistance is being paid must be * immunised if
the person is to continue to receive child care assistance in respect of
sessions of care for the child.
Note: See section 22 for the consequences of
a child not being immunised.
(2) The notice must also explain the alternatives to immunisation that may be
available.
Note: The alternatives to immunisation are set out in paragraphs
22(d) to (h).
