CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 8
Meaning of conscientious objection
A person has a conscientious objection to a child being * immunised if the
person's objection is based on a personal, philosophical, religious or medical
belief involving a conviction that vaccination under the latest edition of the
Standard Vaccination Schedule should not take place.
