CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 89

Retrospective claims--no payment in respect of periods before or after maximum rebate period Child care rebate is not payable to a person pursuant to a ^*retrospective claim in respect of any period before the start of, or after the end of, the ^*maximum rebate period specified in the determination granting the claim (see section 103).
