CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 96
Secretary may give notice stating that child must be immunised
(1) The Secretary may give a person who makes a * prospective claim for child
care rebate a notice stating that a child under 7 to whom the claim relates
must be * immunised if the person is to receive child care rebate in respect
of sessions of care for the child.
(2) The notice must also explain the alternatives to immunisation that may be
available.
Note: The alternatives to immunisation are set out in paragraphs
80(d) to (h).
