COMMONWEALTH ELECTORAL AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 102 of 1980 - SECT 6

6. Section 185 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "or (if the facts
relied on in support of the petition are breaches by a candidate of the
provisions of Part XVI of this Act) within forty days after the filing by the
candidate of the return of his electoral expenses;".
