Commonwealth Electoral Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 144 of 1983 - SECT 143
No State referendum or vote to be held on polling day
143. Section 218A of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:
''(2) In this section, 'State' includes the Northern Territory.''.
