Returning Officer to notify issue of postal vote certificate and postal ballot-papers


68. Section 91 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) '', other than such electors who are
        electors by virtue of section thirty-nine A of this Act''; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (2) ''immediately'' and substituting
        ''take such steps as he considers reasonable to''.
