Commonwealth Electoral Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 144 of 1983 - SECT 84

Provisions relating to scrutineers 

84. Section 109 of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by omitting from sub-section (2) ''subdivision of'' and
substituting ''at an issuing point at''; and

         (b)  by omitting from sub-section (3) ''constable'' and substituting
''member of the Australian Federal Police or of the police force of a State or
Territory''.
