Commonwealth Electoral Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 144 of 1983 - SECT 91

Right of elector to receive ballot-paper 

91. Section 117 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (1) (a);

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) ''and his right to vote is
        challenged,''; and

   (c)  by omitting sub-section (3).
