Voter claiming to vote whose name on Roll has been marked


95. Section 121A of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) '' prescribed for the
Subdivision'' and substituting ''appointed for the Division''; and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:

''(3) For the purposes of Part XIV, dealing under this section with a
ballot-paper used in an election shall be taken to be part of the scrutiny in
relation to the election.''.
