CANNED FRUITS MARKETING AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 148 of 1984 - SECT 15

15. Section 45 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) "Treasurer" and substituting

"Minister"; and

   (b)  by inserting after sub-section (1) the following sub-section:



"(1A) The powers of the Corporation under sub-section (1) extend to obtaining
finance by issuing, discounting or otherwise dealing with promissory notes or
other securities.".
