COMMONWEALTH GRANTS COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 143 of 1977 - SECT 3

3. Section 8 of the Commonwealth Grants Commission Act 1973*2* is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) ''not less than four or more than
seven'' and substituting ''not less than two or more than four''; and

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-section (6) ''the number of
members falling below four'' and substituting ''the number of other members
falling below two''.
