Cocos (Keeling) Islands Self-Determination Consequential Amendments) Act 1984 No. 46 of 1984 - SECT 12

12. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by inserting after the definition of ''approved pathology practitioner''
in sub-section (1) the following definition:

'' 'Australia' includes the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands;''; and
(b) by inserting in the definition of ''recognized hospital'' in sub-section
(1) ''and the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands'' after ''Jervis Bay
Territory''.
