COMMUNICATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDEMENT ACT 1988 No. 36 of 1988 - SECT 11
Standards
11. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (11)
"a Department of State of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory, an
authority established under a law of the Commonwealth or of a State or
Territory" after "Australia,".
