CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 164 of 1992 - SECT 13
Notice to Director if no primary identification document examined
13. Section 22 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting all the words in
subsection (1) from "Where" to "written notice:" (inclusive) and substituting:
"If an identification reference for a signatory to an account is given to a
cash dealer and the reference states that the referee examined only a
secondary identification document for the signatory, the cash dealer must give
the Director written notice:".
