CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 164 of 1992 - SECT 16

16. Section 38 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting in paragraph (1)(a) "or another Act" after "this Act";

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (1)(a) the following paragraph:

"(ab) to exercise the powers that the Director is permitted to exercise under
a law of a State or Territory;".
