CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 164 of 1992 - SECT 40

40. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting in paragraph (6A)(a) "the imposition of or" before "the
recovery of";

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (6A)(d) and substituting the following
        paragraph:

"(d) proceedings under, connected with or arising out of the Proceeds of 
Crime Act 1987 , Division 3 of Part XIII of the Customs Act 1901 or the
forfeiture of goods under the Customs Act 1901.".
