CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 164 of 1992 - SECT 42

42. Section 31 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(1) the following subsection:

"(1A) The Director may, by writing signed by him, delegate to a person who:

   (a)  is a member of the staff of the Office; and

   (b)  is a Senior Executive Service Officer appointed or employed under the
        Public Service Act; and

   (c)  is a legal practitioner; the power conferred on the Director by one or
        more instruments made under subsection 6(4).".
