CORPORATE LAW REFORM ACT 1992 No. 210 of 1992 - SECT 124

124. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(b) of the definition of "officer" in subsection (1) the following paragraphs:

"(ba) an administrator of the body;

   (bb) an administrator of a deed of company arrangement executed by the
        body;".
