CORPORATE LAW REFORM ACT 1992 No. 210 of 1992 - SECT 146
How claim under subsection 954P(2) is to be satisfied
146. Section 954S of the Corporations Law is amended by omitting
"participating exchange" from paragraph (a) of the definition of "pre-cash
settlement period" in subsection (5) and substituting " settlement authority".
