CORPORATE LAW REFORM ACT 1992 No. 210 of 1992 - SECT 34

34. After section 95 of the Corporations Law the following section is
inserted: Solvency and insolvency

"95A.(1) A person is solvent if, and only if, the person is able to pay all
the person's debts, as and when they become due and payable.

"(2) A person who is not solvent is insolvent.

"(3) Section 922 defines when a person becomes insolvent for the purposes of
Part 7.10.".
