CORPORATE LAW REFORM ACT 1992 No. 210 of 1992 - SECT 36

36. Section 232 of the Corporations Law is amended by omitting paragraph (c)
of the definition of "officer" in subsection (1) and substituting the
following paragraphs:

"(c) an administrator of the corporation;

   (ca) an administrator of a deed of company arrangement executed by the
        corporation;".
