CORPORATE LAW REFORM ACT 1992 No. 210 of 1992 - SECT 83

83. Section 510 of the Corporations Law is amended by omitting paragraph
(1)(b) and substituting the following paragraph:

"(b) binding on the creditors if sanctioned by a resolution of the
creditors.".
