CORPORATE LAW REFORM ACT 1992 No. 210 of 1992 - SECT 9

9. Section 229 of the Corporations Law is amended by inserting after paragraph
(3)(c) the following word and paragraph:

"or (d) of an offence of which the person is guilty because of subsection
1317FA(1);".
