CORPORATE LAW REFORM ACT 1992 No. 210 of 1992 - SECT 90
When liquidator has qualified privilege
90. Section 535 of the Corporations Law is amended by adding at the end the
following subsection:
"(2) In this section:
'liquidator' includes a provisional liquidator.".
