CRIMES (TAXATION OFFENCES) ACT 1980 No. 156 of 1980 - SECT 4

4. (1) Section 16 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 has effect as if this
Act were part of that Act.

(2) Section 10 of the Sales Tax Assessment Act (No. 1) 1930 (including that
section as having effect for the purposes of any of the other Sales Tax
Assessment Acts) has effect as if this Act were part of Part II of the Sales
Tax Assessment Act (No. 1) 1930.
