CRIMINOLOGY RESEARCH AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 123 of 1986 - SECT 11

11. Section 18 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Remuneration and allowances of Director

"18. (1) The Director shall be paid such remuneration as is determined by the
Remuneration Tribunal.

"(2) The Director shall be paid such allowances as are prescribed.

"(3) Sub-sections (1) and (2) have effect subject to the Remuneration
Tribunals Act 1973.".
