CRIMINOLOGY RESEARCH AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 123 of 1986 - SECT 18

18. Section 31 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Application of moneys

"31. The moneys of the Institute shall be applied only -

   (a)  in payment or discharge of the expenses, charges, obligations and
        liabilities incurred or undertaken by the Institute in the performance
        of its functions and the exercise of its powers; and

   (b)  in payment of remuneration and allowances payable under this Part.".
