CRIMINOLOGY RESEARCH AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 123 of 1986 - SECT 7

7. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by omitting sub-section (1) and substituting the following subsection:

"(1) The Board shall consist of -

   (a)  the Director;

   (b)  3 members appointed by the Attorney-General; and

   (c)  4 members appointed by the Council."; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-section (4).
