CHILD SUPPORT (ASSESSMENT) ACT 1989 No. 124 of 1989 - SECT 136

136. (1) A court having jurisdiction under this Act may set aside a child
support agreement that has been registered in the court if the court is
satisfied, on application by a party to the agreement, that the concurrence of
the party was obtained by fraud or undue influence.

(2) Subject to section 145 (Registrar may intervene in proceedings), the
parties to a proceeding under subsection (1) are the parties to the agreement.
