CHILD SUPPORT (ASSESSMENT) ACT 1989 No. 124 of 1989 - SECT 65

65. In making an administrative assessment, the Registrar may act on the basis
of the documents and information in his or her possession (whether as
Registrar or Commissioner), and is not required to conduct any inquiries or
investigations into the matter or to require (whether under this Act, the
Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 or otherwise) the furnishing of any return, the
giving of any information or the production of any document.
