CHILD SUPPORT (ASSESSMENT) ACT 1989 No. 124 of 1989 - SECT 91

91. In determining whether an agreement made in relation to a child is a
child support agreement, the Registrar may act on the basis of the application
made to the Registrar for acceptance of the agreement, the documents
accompanying the application and the agreement itself, and is not required to
conduct any inquiries or investigations into the matter.
