Commonwealth Schools Commission Amendment Act 1984 No. 52 of 1984 - SECT 21

21. Section 10 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Resignation

''10. A person may resign the office of member or acting member by writing
signed by the person delivered to the Minister.''.
