Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Amendment Act 1983 No. 20 of 1983 - SECT 4

4. Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph (8)
(a) the following paragraph:

''(aa) that a Commercial Tariff Concession Order under Part XVA of the
Customs Act 1901 in respect of the goods is in force;''.
