CUSTOMS TARIFF AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 8 of 1995 - SECT 2

2.(1) Sections 1 and 2 commence on the day on which this Act receives the
Royal Assent.

(2) Section 3 is taken to have commenced on 1 January 1992.

(3) Section 4 is taken to have commenced on 11 May 1994.

(4) Section 5 is taken to have commenced on 1 July 1994.

(5) Section 6 is taken to have commenced on 7 July 1994.

(6) Section 7 is taken to have commenced on 23 September 1994.

(7) Section 8 commences 14 days after the day on which this Act receives the
Royal Assent.

(8) Section 9 commences on 1 July 1995.
