CUSTOMS TARIFF AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1980 No. 172 of 1980 - SECT 3
Interpretation
3. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after the
definition of "duty" in sub-section (1) the following definition:
"'Forum Island Country' means a country or place specified in an order under
sub-section (1) of section 12;".
